What we collect

When you register for Built to Last we collect your first name, last name, email address and the programme stream you selected. If you choose to add partner details we also store your partner's first name, last name and email address. For a Built to Last Bespoke enquiry we collect your name, email address, whether you are enquiring as an individual or a couple, and any short message you choose to send.

Why we collect it

We use this information to manage your registration, confirm your payment by bank transfer and send you programme communications relating to Built to Last. We do not create a customer account for you, and you do not need a password to register.

Payment information

Payment is made by bank transfer directly to our account. We do not collect or store card details, and there is no online card checkout on this website.

Partner details

Partner details are optional. If you provide them, we rely on your confirmation that you have your partner's permission to share them for this registration.

Storage and access

Registration records are stored in a secure database. Access is limited to the programme owners. We keep registration records for as long as needed to administer the programme and meet our record-keeping obligations.

Marketing

Registering does not sign you up to general marketing. The emails you receive relate to your registration and the programme itself.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or remove your details. Please use the contact route supplied to you in your registration email, and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
